Let’s talk about your boilerA WORKING BOILER
STILL NEEDS CARE.
Routine servicing is a chance to inspect, clean and check your boiler’s operation. The work depends on the appliance and its manufacturer’s requirements. Tell us the make, model and when it was last serviced, along with anything unusual you have noticed.
Operating checks
Assessment of combustion and operation, with relevant checks based on the model and service requirements.
Clear findings
A discussion of the condition, any issues identified and recommended next steps for looking after your heating.
ALREADY HAVE A FAULT?
Mention it when you enquire. A routine service and an investigation into a breakdown are different jobs. Knowing if the boiler locks out, fails to heat or behaves unusually helps us discuss the right visit.
